What Your First Visit Looks Like
Your first appointment is about getting to know you, not rushing through a checklist.
We take time to understand your oral health, listen to your concerns, and learn what you are hoping to improve or maintain. From there, we walk you through what we see in a way that is simple and easy to follow.
If treatment is needed, we will explain your options clearly so you can make decisions at your own pace. No pressure, no assumptions, and no surprises.
What to Bring
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, please bring:
- Any dental insurance information (if applicable)
- A list of medications, if relevant
- Any previous dental records or X-rays, if you have them
New Patient Forms
To help your visit run smoothly, we ask new patients to complete their forms ahead of time whenever possible.
You can access your new patient forms right here on this page. Filling them out in advance helps us focus more on you during your appointment and less on paperwork when you arrive.
